Village at Park River is a transformative redevelopment of Westbrook Village, a 40 acre former public housing site.
This will create a brand new mixed-use community tailored to meet the diverse needs of the Upper Albany Neighborhood and contribute to its re-establishment as a premier gateway into the City of Hartford.
The development will be done in six phases and will have a total of 400 mixed income units, 80,000 sq.ft. of office and retail space, along with community assets such as a town green and community center. The first phase of 75 units, and the second phase of 60 units, is now completed and occupied. Phase three is now accepting leases.
